1. Enrolment & Registration

• Students must complete an enrolment form, including emergency contact and medical information.
• For students under 18, parent/guardian consent is required.
• A non‑refundable registration fee of $50 per student per term covers administration, insurance and communications.

2. Payment, Fees & Discounts

• Tuition is paid before term commencement, either per term or via class packs.
• Casual, block passes and multi class discounts will be available.
• Late payments incur a $5 after 7 days past due. Returned payments incur a $4 fee.
• DanceAble Connections will follow approved funding arrangements; private and group rate breakdowns are provided separately.

3. Refunds & Credits

• Non‑refundable: missed classes due to personal reasons, holidays, or illness.
• Make‑up classes are allowed in other suitable classes during the term.
• Refund or credit granted if:
  • Class is cancelled by DanceAble Pty Ltd
  • Student is injured with certified medical documentation.
• In all cases, refunds are processed within 10 days or issued as credit toward future term.

4. Attendance & Make up Classes

• Students should notify the studio in advance if they are absent.
• Tardiness may impact participation; arriving more than 10 minutes late means sit out for safety.
• Weather or instructor changes: DanceAble Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute instructors or cancel classes; credits/refunds issued if classes are unavailable.

5. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

• Participants agree they are physically able to participate in dance.
• All activity carries a risk of injury. Students participate at their own risk.
• DanceAble Pty Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
• Students must advise of any medical conditions at enrolment and update the studio as needed.

6. Photography, Video & Privacy

• We may use photos/video from classes or performances for promotional purposes.
• Consent opt-in is included in enrolment forms. Names are not published without express permission.
• Personal data is handled according to privacy laws and used only for studio purposes.

7. Conduct, Dress Code & Studio Etiquette

• Respectful behaviour is expected of students, parents and visitors.
• Dress code guidelines per class (e.g. ballet attire, sneakers for Zumba) will be shared at enrolment.
• Food, drink and valuables should be safely packed. DanceAble Pty Ltd is not liable for lost items.
• The studio is nonsmoking, all abilities friendly and wheelchair accessible.

8. Class Placement & Program Changes

• DanceAble Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
  • Place students in appropriate classes based on age, ability, or previous experience.
  • Cancel or merge classes with insufficient enrolment.
  • Substitute instructors when necessary, using appropriately qualified staff.

9. Termination & Withdrawal

• To withdraw, provide written notice at least 7 days prior to term start.
• Refunds or credits after this point are discretionary and subject to studio approval.
• DanceAble Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate enrolment for serious violations of policy.

10. Additional Terms

• Terms may be updated annually; changes will be notified before new term registration.
• These policies form the entire agreement between DanceAble Pty Ltd and participants, superseding any prior notes or promises.

11. No Bullying or Harassment Policy

DanceAble Pty Ltd is committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all students, staff, parents, carers and allied health professionals.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of bullying, intimidation, harassment, or discrimination, including but not limited to:

• Verbal abuse or derogatory language
• Intimidation or threats (verbal, physical, or written)
• Exclusionary behaviour or gossip
• Online bullying via social media, messaging apps or email
• Disrespect toward instructors, staff, students, or other families

This applies to all individuals on-site or interacting with DanceAble Pty Ltd, including:

• Students
• Parents/guardians
• Carers
• Support workers
• Allied health professionals

Any breach of this policy may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Removal from classes
• Suspension or termination of enrolment
• Bans from studio premises or events

We ask that everyone who steps through our doors does so with kindness, empathy and the understanding that DanceAble Pty Ltd is a place of safety, expression and community.

By enrolling in classes at DanceAble Pty Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Policies.
