DanceAble (“DanceAble Pty Ltd”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Health & Support Information

For students participating in DanceAble Connections or other therapy based programs, we may also collect:

  • Medical management plans (e.g., epilepsy, anaphylaxis, medication)
  • Details of support workers, carers, or therapists involved

We will only collect sensitive information with your consent or where authorised by law.

In some cases, we may receive information from NDIS providers, allied health professionals, or schools always with consent.

Information is stored securely in password-protected systems and encrypted databases.
Access is restricted to authorised DanceAble Pty Ltd staff, contractors and facilitators who require it to perform their duties.

Paper forms are stored in locked cabinets and securely destroyed when no longer needed.
We retain personal information only for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  • Teachers, contractors, and facilitators within DanceAble Pty Ltd
  • Allied health partners or support professionals involved in service delivery (with consent)

By enrolling in a DanceAble Pty Ltd program, you consent to photography and video recording for educational, promotional and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
